Dianaveda combines her knowledge of Ayurveda, Astrology, and the complexities of the human psyche to help others live more consciously. With a deep understanding of Ayurvedic principles, she also incorporates the wisdom of Ayurvedic cuisine, teaching how mindful eating and the right balance of flavors can nourish not just the body, but the mind and spirit as well.
